Slightly pliable - manipulate to fit your ear perfectly by pulling gently at both sides of the ring. Only manipulate the cuff once, upon arrival. Once fitted, the cuff can be taken on and off without bending it. Do not pinch the cuff after putting it on - let it sit comfortably on the ear.
