⟢ Do you ship to my country?

Yes! Even though every item is hand made in Denmark, I gladly ship them world wide :)

⟢ Can you make me something custom?

Custom order slots open up from time to time, but are always limited. Sign up for the email newsletter to receive a notification custom orders become available, or follow @madebymagi on instagram.

⟢ How long will it take to receive my order?

As each item is handmade to order it will take 1-2 weeks before your order is finished. You will receive an email with tracking info once your order is packed. Please note that the email is sent when the shipping label is generated, NOT when your parcel is picked up by the postal service. Please allow a few days for the tracking number to activate. During busy periods tracking might take longer to update (e.g. around the Holidays)

Once shipped, orders within Europe take 1-2 weeks to arrive, and orders abroad usually take 2-3 weeks. This all depends, however, on your local courier and customs.

⟢ Will customs fees be added to my order?

MadeByMagi ships from Denmark, inside the EU. If you live outside the EU, custom fees might apply. Check with your local postal service for rates and limits. MadeByMagi does not mark down the value of packages.
As of November 2025, all duties and tariffs on packages to the US have been pre-paid when you place your order - US customers will experience no further charges after checkout.

⟢ How sustainable is MadeByMagi?

Every item in the shop is made from sustainable materials (detailed in the item description), and is hand made in Denmark by me. When working with other artists or suppliers, MadeByMagi guarantees that these are paid no less than Danish minimum wage and that their production is also as sustainable as possible. All shipping materials are 100% recyclable/reusable cardboard. Please reuse/recycle the wrapping when receiving your order.

- NO PLASTIC in either wrapping or envelopes (unless repurposed)
- NO UNDERPAYING of labor
- NO USE OF NEW MATERIALS unless deadstock or sustainably produced

⟢ Do you combine shipping for multiple orders?

If you've placed multiple orders within a 2 week period, please contact me and I will give you a discount code of equal value to the extra shipping you've paid. I will then ship all your orders as one package. Please note that if your order is already packed or shipped this is not possible.

⟢ Returns and exchange policy

No returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged upon arrival or different from what was ordered. Photo documentation required.
MadeByMagi does not return parcels lost by carriers other than PostNord, unless the customer has chosen insured shipping.

⟢ Care instructions

All MadeByMagi belts can be gently hand washed with lukewarm water. Do not keep submerged, and do not keep the buckle wet - wipe it down immediately. All buckles can be polished with a cloth or a steel brush to remove any staining, and a light coat of linseed oil reseals the metal and makes it water resistant again.
Silver jewellery can be polished using regular polishing cloths, and silver polish if needed.
